I just had my second appointment here and I gotta say that it's been a great experience so far. Service here in general is top notch - you can choose a preferred method of communication when you first ask for an appointment and they stick to it. I did so much of my communication over text and online which was very convenient. The front desk staff are very helpful. When I go in, everyone is extremely friendly. All the staff are really concerned with my comfort level and preferences throughout every procedure. Dr Rojas himself is very friendly and genial. Monarch Family Dental is probably the easiest recommendation I have ever made. Thank you for treating me so well!

The staff is absolutely wonderful!! Tbh, Im not a big fan of dental work but this office has given me a great experience time after time. Victoria at the front desk is super friendly and has helped me with any question Ive had. Catherine, the hygienist, has been very proficient with my cleanings and informative about a few conditions without giving me worry. Hands down, best hygienist Ive ever had. Nadine was extremely patient with me as I adjusted my mouth guard to the perfect fit. Dr Rojas made me feel like he had known me for years and has built a wonderful team. Im very thankful that my friend recommended me to Monarch Family Dental.

I came in as a new patient with an emergency. They treated me like Id been going there my whole life. The staff is wonderful, kind and thoughtful. They listen, they read it back to you, they make sure you understand and they do it with compassion The office is bright, clean and has a great atmosphere/ ambiance and the rooms are comfortable and have great window seats.

I have the best experience at this dentist first time ever that when I needed the dreaded Novocain shot in the gums. He swabbed something with a numbing gel on a cotton swab and we left it there a few moments. At that point is was still fearing that big ouch, I was waiting seemingly too long while he worked gently at the site. In a few short noisy moments, and He was all done! Glued down a new crown that was made right in their on site lab, while i waited. I was amazed that I felt nothing at all! First time! He replaced a cracked crown and it was so much easier than any other! Yes folks, you should experience this skill and tech level out!

Monarch Family Dentist is one of a kind medical dental clinic because of their quality of work and loving care from Dr. Rojas and his staff. I had the pleasure of meeting Cyndi on the phone who set up my appointment. Then it was Victoria who actually found my insurance plan and activated it. Quality work the hygienist Caitlyn including X-rays that she took and then over to Mallory and Nadine who assisted Dr. Rojas with my new crown. There was another person observing the crown replacement named Kiann who Dr. Rojas wanted her to see how he was taking decay out. During the whole procedures all of Dr. Rojass assistants were including Dr. Rojas very concerned about my anxiety and comfort. Very, very good dental clinic. Fred Terranova

I was given a tour of the office. Everyone was so very nice. Dr. Rojas spent a lot of time with me explaining how he would proceed with my very complicated case. They gave me a swag bag on the way out. I was astounded by their friendliness and flawless customer service.
